Krieger Railing Production System

A special designed welding and bending table together with a CAD-program enables fabrication of

railings in less then 50% of the usual time.

Welding of pre-bent handrails or bottom rails are no longer necessary. Neither is the normal time needed to

calculate the various curves and lengths.

The program calculates and draws all necessary measurments and angles in 3D. To avoid any mistake, the

program is made to enter easy measurements.When entering data into the computer which is totally

illogical, the computer will give you a warning message.

When the calculations are printed out on paper full size, you are able to fabricate easily on the bending

table in a comfortable position, a full railing or banister as well as bend various arches or curves

after picketts have been welded in the straight position.

Delivery and installation of a well-fitted railing to the jobside is guaranteed.

Also the risk of any damages at job site is reduced to a very minimum due to fast and easy installation.
