Krieger Gas Forges

The Gas forge KGO1/2 are specially designed to heat the ends of large quantities of smaller steel material

(approx.20x6 mm).

KGO 2

It is possible to heat 60 to 80 bars at the same time. The maximum temperature is approx.

1000°C, which is lower than the melting point; ther is no risk taht the material will melt when not

immediately used.

The gas forge KGO 5/6 have been developed to produce extremely high temperatures and to heat steel

quickly.

The burner is at the bottom of the fire pot.Special ceramic chips retain the heat, providing for temperatures

of approx. 1800°C.

This enables you to heat square steel of 20 x 20 mm up to the required forging temperature in less

than 2 minutes and flat steel of 12x6 mm in approx 15 sec.
