Krieger embossing machines

Four sizes of Embossing machines have been developed to emboss square, round and flat steel,

to hammer tubes up to 150 x 150 mm, as well as to hammer edges on square material

from 10 x 10 mm up to 30 x 30 mm. They are able to work mild steel ST37-2 (USA standard A-36)

as well as aluminium,brass, bronze and copper. It is also possible to work harder steel up

to a certain embossing depth.

All embossing machines are driven by a basic machine and can be placed on the work table.

Material length of 3 or 6 meters are used.

A large feeding table easily accepts the material. The guides can be adjusted according to the width of the

material. The complete guide is adjustable to the sides while material is passing, making it easy to

straighten sidewise flat steel when feeding.

Hardened, engraving dies transfer the design to the material under great pressure.

A straightening device with 5 flexible rollers provides exact straightening of the embossed material,

to top or bottom side.

Automatic maintenance schedule alert controled by the computer of the basic machine for

fool proov production.

Designs

Your individual choice of designs will be engraved on embossing dies (for KE 14), or on embossing

rings KERE (for KE 15). It is also possible to submit your own designs.
