Krieger Collar - Tools

The Collar tool KCT 3 is used to pre-form collars into a "U-shape".

It is attached to the hydraulic bending machine KBMH by two screws.

Material of 3 mm thickness embossed by one of our embossing machines, i.e. KE 15, can be

used and cut to various lengths depending of the size of collar you wish to produce.

The quantity of collars which can be pre-formed depends on the width of the material:

12mm = 5 pieces

16mm = 4 pieces

Seven stamps included: 12,16,20,22,24,30,35 mm

The die is extra heavy duty constructed to be used eaven up to 45 mm stamp size.

Hydraulic Clamping Device KHC can be connected to the hydraulic bending machine which is

already supplied with quick couplings. The control is prewired on the machine.

Operation is simple by the use of push buttons.

An adjustable screw inside the jaws of the clamper allows for easy adjustment to various collar sizes.

The collar material has to be shaped with the collar tool KCT3.

The advantage of this device becomes evident when affixing many collars to a large lattice or gate.
